1. Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Each order is processed freshly (not from ready stock). We dispatch within 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays & holidays). After dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 7–10 business days
- Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 7–15 business days

Can I get express or urgent delivery?
Sometimes! Please WhatsApp us at +91 96436 32209 before ordering. We’ll try based on your pin code.

Will I get tracking updates?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently deliver only within India.

2. Orders & Payments

How can I place an order?
Click “Add to Cart” > Proceed to Checkout > Complete payment. That’s it!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, processing starts and changes can’t be made.

I paid but didn’t get confirmation!
Please WhatsApp us your payment screenshot. We'll verify and confirm ASAP.

3. Product & Sizing

How do I pick the right size?
Every product has a size chart. Still confused? Message us before ordering.

Will the colors look the same?
We use natural lighting for shoots, but slight variation is normal due to lighting or screen settings.

Can I get videos or more images?
Yes, if available! WhatsApp us the product name and we’ll share what we have.

4. Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days if:
  • The item is unused and unwashed
  • Tags and original packaging are intact
  • No stains, smells, or signs of wear
  • You have proof of purchase
Returns that don’t meet these conditions will be rejected.

Can I exchange sizes or styles?
Yes, within 14 days. Item must be unused with tags. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If not available, we’ll issue store credit or return option.

Which items are non-returnable?
  • Customized items
  • Final sale/discounted products
  • Festive or promotional items
How to request a return or exchange?
Email us at support@myriwayat.com with:
  • Your Order ID
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos (if applicable)
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are initiated after item inspection. If approved, it’s issued to your original payment method in 7–10 business days.
